How far in advance do I need to book a restroom trailer?
You can book your restroom trailer anytime you'd like. We would recommend to book as far out as possible as we book up fast. If your event is coming up soon, we'll do our best to accommodate you!

How do I know what size restroom trailer I need for my event?
From the smallest of gatherings up to a 300 guest event, we've got you covered. We will provide the best recommendation for your special day.
What is included in my luxury restroom trailer rental?
1. Rental fee includes pick-up & drop-off, waste removal and cleaning of the trailer after the event.
2. Normal restroom supplies- Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spray and trashcans.
How does drop-off and pick- up of the restroom trailer work?
Usually, we will drop the restroom trailer off the day before the event and pick it up the day after the event, however, we are flexible and can work with your schedule. Let us know when you'd prefer us to drop off the restroom trailer and when you'd like us to pick it up.
What type of events can book your bathroom trailer rentals?
We book our trailers out to a variety of clients and event types - weddings, birthday parties, business & commercial uses, septic emergencies, reunions, festivals, holiday barbecues, artist VIP lounges, experiential marketing experiences, bar mitzvahs, corporate parties and more.
How can I determine if the restroom trailer will fit in my event space?
If you have any questions or concerns about our luxury restroom trailer fitting on available space at your event, please contact us. We will be happy to review the space to ensure the trailer will fit properly.
What locations do you service?
What is your reservation and deposit policy?
A 50% deposit will secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event or sooner.
What if my event is in a remote location with no access to power or water?
Our trailers can service any and all events, even if they are completely remote. We can provide power and water for an additional charge. As long as we can deliver the trailer to the desired location, we would be all set for your event.
Are there any additional fees?
All standard fees are included in the rental rate, which includes a cleaning fee, a waste removal fee, a drop-off and pick-up fee, and up to 60 miles from our location in Fallbrook, CA. There may be an additional mileage fee if your event is more than 60 miles from our location.
The unit requires at least (1) 110v dedicated 20 amp power source within 100 feet of restroom trailer placement. If power is not available onsite, we can provide a generator to power the unit for an additional fee.
The unit also requires either a regular garden hose spigot within 100 feet of the restroom trailer location or water onsite somewhere that we can fill the freshwater tank with. It can hold up to 200 gallons. If there is no water connection or access to water to fill up the freshwater tank, water can be provided for an additional fee.

If your event is outside of these service locations, there is a possibility that VIP Rentals can still service your event for an additional mileage fee. We've serviced in events in Joshua Tree, Las Vegas and other exciting destination wedding and event locations. We'd love to hear from you.
